Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation before September 1st, 2026, no cancellation fee will be charged.

On August 25th 2026, the hotel will send a payment link by email to allow you to complete the full payment for your reservation. If payment is not received before September 1st, 2026, the hotel will cancel your reservation.

In case of partial or full cancellation from September 1st, 2026 to your arrival date, you will be charged for your entire reservation.
