What should I wear to the Welcome Party? 

Whatever you would like! In honour of the fashion capital of the world, we chose the theme Glamourous. Lots of people have taken their inspiration from the extravagance of the 1920s or the grooviness of the 1970s. Others have focused on bold colours or exciting textures and fabrics. It is completely up to your interpretation. Have fun with it...we know we will ;)

What if I have a special request for my room such as a balcony or adjoining rooms? What if I would like a room that is not listed, such as a suite? 

Not a problem! Using the booking form or by emailing Samantha directly, you can have any accommodation you desire. Samantha works closely with the InterContinental Reservation team to ensure every guest is able to get the reservation that best suits them.

What happens if I don't pay for the reservation right away? Will my reservation be cancelled?

Since we only have a limited number of rooms available within our block, we cannot guarantee a reservation unless it has been paid for in full. This means if you have booked a room and received a confirmation email, until you have paid for this room using the payment link, it will remain within our block and available to other guests to book. We will of course aim to hold your booking for as long as possible, but payment of the room is the only guarantee of reservation.

If I book outside the booking form on this website, or if I book directly with the InterContinental / third party booking site, will the Reservation team be able to add my reservation to the wedding block?

If you have booked through another website or form, please let Samantha know and she will be happy to add you to their block, when possible. However, it is incredibly important to use this website's booking form for reservations. Samantha and Hunter have prepaid for the rooms within the booking block, allowing for a special rates to be applied to reservations of these rooms. Reservations made outside this website's booking form do not contribute to the booking block and special rates cannot be applied to those reservations.

Samantha is available to answer any and all questions. It is not a bother and she is more than happy to provide you with as much information as possible.
